Kiasmos/Olafur Arnalds Mix

drunk af sry for sloppiness, mixed during a pre-party using speakers only (single channels)

mono, improvised, lots of fuck ups but his music tells a story and its cool when you can change it depending on the way you play it.

so what you hear is what I heard, cant adjust audio silently on mono :/ no channels to do it
continuous mix of kiasmos album kiasmos along with some favourites of mine, tri
not intended for any use other than this

Ólafur Arnalds - improvisations

For 2 years I kept this for myself. Now I let go this beautifully, emotional music.
Ive recorded this in Ghent, Belgium, on his An evening with ÓA-tour, where he improvised to get new ideas for a new record.
The pictures were submitted by fans on his Tumblr, inspired by his latest album.
I have arranged the photos as the way it feels to get homogeneous with the music.

All pictures, artwork and design: olafurarnaldsart.tumblr.com/
Please (oh please) listen to my similar music: pillowfilmours.bandcamp.com/

Its time to dream away…
Thank you.

Trance Frendz — An evening with Ólafur Arnalds and Nils Frahm

Available on their Collaborative Works 2-CD set.
Order it here: www.erasedtapes.com/store/index/ERATP074

On the 28th of July 2015 Ólafur Arnalds and Nils Frahm met up at Nilss Durton Studio in Berlin, and invited Alexander Schneider and his camera to document it. But instead of ending the session after the first take we continued to improvise throughout the night, ending up with several new pieces written and recorded in 8 hours with no overdubs and no edits.
